Ordering & Availability

To ensure the highest quality and service, we recommend placing catering orders at least 72 hours in advance. Larger events, weddings, and specialty menus may require additional notice.

Guest Counts

Most menu items are available in half-pan and full-pan sizes. Final guest counts and menu selections should be confirmed no later than 7 days before your event.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee based on location and event size. Disposable serving ware and utensils are available upon request.

Budget-Friendly Options

Shear Taste offers affordable drop-off catering and disposable service options for corporate lunches, family gatherings, community events, and celebrations of all sizes.

Dietary Accommodations

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-conscious, and low-sodium menu options are available. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Payment Policy

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final payment is due prior to delivery or service unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of deposits, less any expenses already incurred. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may be subject to charges.
